Our approach
The website is designed towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. It uses semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus behaviour, responsive layouts, meaningful text alternatives and plain language.
You should be able to zoom text, navigate using a keyboard, use common screen-reader features and view the site on a mobile device without losing essential information.
Known limitations
- The website has not yet undergone a full independent accessibility audit.
- The enquiry form opens your own email application; behaviour can vary depending on your device and email settings.
- Third-party services such as WhatsApp and external vendor websites have their own accessibility arrangements.
We test and improve the site as it changes. New content and features should not knowingly reduce accessibility.
Alternative ways to contact us
If a page or form is difficult to use, call 01978 365 365, email hello@wrexhamtechsupport.co.uk, or use WhatsApp on 07448 488482. Tell us the page and the format or adjustment that would help.
We can provide key information in a simpler email format and can slow down, repeat or explain technical information without jargon.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility problem, please tell us. We will acknowledge it, investigate a practical fix and prioritise issues that block access to essential information or support.
